f. Removing the Feed roller (upper guide)
1) Remove the rear cover.
2) Remove the buffer pass motor together
with its mounting base. (See F02-907-
21.)
3) Remove the E-ring [11] and the gear
[2].

4) Open the front cover.
5) Pull the retaining handle to the front,
and push up the retaining unit. (See
F02-907-17.)
6) Remove the two screws [3] at the rear.
