Using/Arranging Documents Stored in the Mail Box

Press “Erase.”

Select a memory key to be erased, and press “Next.”

The message appears to conﬁrm that you want to erase the printing mode.

IMPORTANT

• Check the print settings before you erase them.

NOTE

• A mode memory key already storing print settings shows a small, black square (■) in the

lower right corner.

• If you select a memory key already storing print settings, the settings are displayed.

• If there are more stored print settings than currently displayed, you can scroll the list using

“▲” or “ ▼.”
