Changing the Scanning Ratio (Copy Ratio)

Scanning Originals into a Mail Box

Press “Zoom Program.”

Press “Original Size” and enter the size → press “Record Size” and

enter the size to be recorded → press “OK.”

When entering values in millimeters, you can use - (numeric keys) and (Clear).

The speciﬁed mode is set and the display returns to the Scan screen.

If the zoom ratio is less than 25%, a message telling you that the ratio will be adjusted to

25% appears. If it is more than 800%, a message telling you that the ratio will be adjusted

to 800% appears.

NOTE

• Place the original on the platen glass if the zoom ratio is more than 400%.

• If you make a mistake when entering values, press “C,” and enter the correct value.

• To designate the sizes of the horizontal direction (X) and the vertical direction (Y)

independently, press “XY Zoom.”

• If you want to enter values in millimeters, press “mm.”
